DTAC online community head Manida Thiensiripipat and Mr Trivellato promote the search for Super D Heroes. Third-ranked mobile operator Total Access Communication (DTAC) will select 24 contributors for its community website (community.dtac.co.th) to share their experiences with other DTAC customers online. Dubbed "Super D Heroes", the 24 contributors can collect points to enjoy privileges the more they engage with the online community. From January to June 2017, there were 10 contributors in the DTAC community of 2.8 million users, with 100,000 topics discussed. "We were the first mobile operator that created a platform for the online customer community," Mr Trivellato said.
